Pros
Good benefits and welfare on the overall (under Frasers Property). Good colleagues here and there who've been in the company many years. Nice renovated office looking out to Gillman Barracks and the sea.
Cons
Some old timers were managed out, and replacements lacked experience and knowledge. A good number of hires in recent years lack hospitality experience, granted that some do put in effort in their work.
