Pros
Hours are great! Monday through Friday 7-4 and usually pays you overtime. Benefits are good with 10 holidays per year, good insurance, two weeks of vacation your first year, and a week of paid sick leave (as long as you use it).
Cons
There is a huge disconnect between management and employees. They do not promote from within, they will source from outside in order to fill management roles. The employees wear bottom of the barrel purple polo shirts, while management gets to wear whatever they choose. You will often see people come in and out of the branch in fancy suits that are literally there just to scald everyone and nit pick about day to day operations. The pay is below average for the type of work that's being done, which is very physical and mentally draining. If and when they give raises, it is very little and there are no incentives.
