The initial phone screen was scheduled very last minute, making everything seem very urgent. Once the in person interview was scheduled, it was relatively standard. The strange part is they make you complete an online assessment that has nothing to do with the position or sales and seemingly based their entire decision upon it. I assume my assessment wasn't what they were looking for, as I was ghosted from the process that once seemed so urgent. Oh well :)

Straight forward. Questions about yourself, your goals, your interests, and your skillset among having to take a caliber personality test to show aptitude when it comes to situations regarding customers and various other situations
Simple interview process. Had initial phone-screening with regional manager and then an in-person interview with branch manager. Process was simple and easy and was not time consuming in any way. Would recommend interviewing with this company.
