Pros
The opportunity to prospect, meet, and sell to a customer base that wants to see you. Having the financial backing to order new equipment for renting and new product for the sale. Working within an environment of a team working towards one goal of customer satisfaction. Having a work day that does not encroach the evening or the weekend.
Cons
Screening of employees from management on down was not managed well and resulted in employees AND management that were not qualified which enabled a negative work environment. The concept of all sales having just a commission life of one year stunts the growth a salesperson within the company. Higher management focusses on the numbers opposed to the employees which creates an air of disconnection and lack of confidence in one's future with the company.
