Pros
Big corporation that you can transfer to different sites or states. Bonus can be good but all depends on sites.
Cons
Highly demanding job for customer service. The higher ups don't know what it's like to actual work at a store or it's been years since they have. Only interaction the site has is the district manager. most are controlling, and degrading to employees. We are the workers that have to do everything and are reminded we are replaceable.
