Pros
Good to see that this company has not improved even after its employee death. This means this company does not care about employees even after their death. May be company is hoping more deaths to come in future.
Cons
The problems must be addressed immediately, with implementation starting April 2026 in Technology Consulting across GDS India locations without exception: No employee should be subjected to pressure under any circumstances. Location Center HR is directly responsible for enforcing this through mandatory monthly communications and strict monitoring. Employees must prioritize work-life balance and personal well-being over excessive work demands. Competency HR is accountable for sending weekly directives and ensuring compliance—this is not optional. Any instance of pressuring, blaming, or rushing colleagues should not be tolerated. Immediate corrective action must be taken against such behaviour. Middle management must stop labeling employees as low performers without justification, transparency and instead take full responsibility for team well-being and support. Failure to do so will be treated as a management lapse. Competency Heads are fully accountable for resolving employee complaints promptly and effectively. Delays or unresolved issues are unacceptable and should be escalated. Overloading individuals with consecutive mandatory courses must stop immediately. The L&D team is responsible for limiting mandatory courses to a maximum of 2–3 and enforcing this without fail. The LEAD feedback portal must be made completely transparent immediately. No actions or decisions should occur without the employee’s knowledge. Reporting managers are responsible for ensuring full visibility and fairness. Employees must not be kept in a low-performance category for extended periods without resolution. Any employee in this category for over 2 years must be reviewed immediately for salary correction and promotion eligibility. Competency Heads are directly accountable. After salary corrections or promotions, no employee should face continued pressure or bias. Competency HR must conduct regular check-ins and report findings. Assigning employees to multiple projects simultaneously must stop immediately. Competency Heads are responsible for ensuring that each employee is assigned to only one project at a time and will be held accountable for violations.
