• Company leadership appears to care very little about employees: The company has started hiring employees' replacements behind their back—laying off the original employee, and having the new one start immediately afterward. These layoffs are not motivated by cutting cost, but by accelerating growth (which was already exceptional). This has become a common practice.
• Leadership is not trustworthy: They've explicitly broken promises of rewards and incentives to top performers. See achiever's club trip 2023.
• Unfair compensation: Top-performing and underpaid employees' requests for raises are denied.
• Culture of egotism: if mistakes are made or projects fail, blame is pinned on a scapegoat and they're terminated. Leadership does not take accountability for mistakes.
• Suppressing dissent: When employees express concern about layoffs, they're silenced. Anonymous questions in all-hands meetings were discontinued.
