I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DigiCert in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process started very professionally, but the communication at the end did not match the professionalism shown throughout the rest of the process.
After completing all interview stages, I was told I would receive an update and feedback if I wasn't selected. Instead, I received no communication for weeks despite following up, and eventually learned through another employee that the role had already been filled.
Investing months in a recruitment process and being left without an outcome or the feedback I had been promised created unnecessary uncertainty. This fell well below the standard of communication I expected from a company of DigiCert's reputation. Candidates deserve clear and timely communication.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about previous sales experience, approach to complex B2B sales, stakeholder management and sales methodology.
The interview process started off well, the interviewers gave positive feedback throughout, and I genuinely felt the conversations went smoothly. However, after the final round, I heard absolutely nothing from HR. No update, no rejection email, no closure of any kind. I followed up multiple times via phone and email but was completely ghosted. Ended up wasting three weeks waiting for a response that never came. If the role isn't a fit, a simple email would have been appreciated, basic professional courtesy that was clearly missing here.
