- Your happiness depends on your boss. Some great ones, some absolutely terrible. - Zero-growth strategy in Technology. Managers (likely) look at your resume and use a dart against a board to choose your title. There is no learning path or path to change your title unless you have a manager or boss that really likes you.

Cons
You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
