3 rounds with team head, local director and global head. They asked a lot about technical knowledge, but start to ghost after all rounds. Overall exp feels like they want to know more about what competitors are doing rather than actually intending to give an offer (their job posting still there after a year), not worth the effort to apply

Had two technical screening rounds which were really solid- great interviewers and well structured. Onsite and alignment interviews were poorly prepped with them making up random questions on the spot. Then ghosted after talking to recruiter about expectations. Overall seems like a great company and my experience was really good in the early stages. Saw some red flags in the alignment meeting after onsite.

Initial interview was mainly behavioral and asking about expectations for the role and long term goals in the field. After initial interview there is a techinical that then leads to a super day.
