Thanks for your candid feedback. We’re proud of the advanced technologies we develop and work with, and we really appreciate the value you found in our employees benefits and perks. It’s disappointing to hear that you found a lack of work-life balance and productive working relationships, as we see employee satisfaction as one of our top priorities and we’ve designed our benefits, perks, work spaces, and programs with this in mind. Most of our employees feel we’ve hit the mark, but your feedback is a good reminder that we can always do better, especially when it comes to team and performance management. We’ll take this into account in our regular improvement reviews.
