Staff supported each other as best we could with no actual leadership from corporate
Cons
Could never uphold actual Culligan expected service- constantly understaffed, new hires were terrible, huge learning curve requiring training but received none. Without a GM / DM presence for months. Basic expenses denied like sharpies. Corporate rules without corporate support. Too many customers for the location and too few office staff / techs / installers to keep up. Warehouse shipping to location took forever and had no transparency.
