Culligan interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Set up time for a phone call. She never called... I never received an apology email or an attempt to reschedule. Massive red flag for this company for this company if they are ok with this.

Initial screen went well. Second round with hiring manager was cut short. Manager made strong assumptions about my abilities and experience without actually asking any clarifying questions. I easily could have explained that I did have the experience they were looking for with examples to support that. Instead I let the manager end the call because I would not want to work for someone that makes assumptions about individuals based on very limited data.
