Pros
If you are challenged by solving problems, there are always problems to be solved. If you show a desire to do something, and it is something that management is on board with, you will no doubt be given the responsibility to lead it.
Cons
There are always firedrills - everything needed to be done yesterday even though they were only thought of yesterday. There is a lot of rework because there is often a lack of communication between groups. Once another group looks at it, there is always something that the leadership in that group says is an absolute must to be included. They have also consistently been downgrading the health benefits without promoting any sort of healthy behavior. Health screenings were performed awkwardly.
