Limited use company vehicle + gas

1. No formal training on systems or installation procedures - they will leverage what you do not know against you to fire you at their discretion. 2. Unqualified / inexperienced “service” managers - 2 replaced the actual service manager and they lack experience in management. Both were service technicians. 3. Only 40 hrs PTO each year, no paid sick days 4. No known annual wage increases to adjust to inflation. 5. Sales staff have never done installations, and you will have to figure out their ignorance and explain to the customer why you cannot install what they were sold the way they were told. 6. Expensive BCBS insurance coverage options. 7. Warehouse and installation/service department lacking proper communications - they get upset when they have to pull additional equipment for popup or weekend installations.

Relies too heavily on AI Shrinks Territory if sales do not increase beyond averages As territory shrinks, sales increase becomes increasingly difficult Sales are averaged against resident National Sales champion Phone calls to customers are listened to & refined by generic AI
