Pros
You'll get to work with some phenomenal colleagues. There's no dead weight here. You get an opportunity to do some truly transformational work with clients. Our clients are genuinely amazing people doing very difficult and meaningful work. And we are delivering real value and making a profound impact on many of them, their law firms and their clients. It's an amazing company to learn about the B2C legal industry... Clients and colleagues are the definite highlight. Good leadership, too. The COO in particular is fantastic. Many of the current leaders have grown up with this company, so to speak. And they're obviously committed to getting better, learning and growing.
Cons
It's still a startup. With every startup, there are some growing pains. The company and leadership have had to learn some lessons the hard way. But having worked in other startups (of smaller or similar size), I can honestly say that Crisp is the least dysfunctional of the bunch. At least as of 2025... Employee turnover is an ongoing problem in certain departments. Not every exit is a loss, obviously. But I don't like to see A players get poached.
