They defend their failures to build a sales team as "growing pains" but it's actually the exact opposite. They aren't growing because they can't build a sales team. They cling on to start-up nostalgia and refuse to change anything. They aren't committed to the growth they preach, and they prefer to be comfortable with the same inner circle that has been there for a decade. The reality is the company exploited a niche market that doesn't attract big competitors, which results in their mediocrity to be enough. Lastly...when you ask about the negative reviews, the company will defend themselves and say the reviews came from "low-performers"....don't buy that
