      You can sometimes get your lunch

      Absolute nightmare. The experience I shared with my coworkers was awful to say the least. From getting berated by angry customers, vendors that have not gotten paid, and by ego-driven management on the daily, you will be driven to want to quit or become depressed, whichever comes first. You are stuck in a family feud 24/7 Royal Rumble with people barking at you, creating an extremely hostile environment that you have genuine fear walking into the office everyday for what is next to come. What surprised me the most is you will be blamed for mishaps or occurences that are completely out of your control and will be made to feel lesser than you are (i wish i was making this up.) The extremely high turnover rate is just a small indication of the toxicity going around. You will be worked dry and replaced, constantly I had to work through my lunch because of this.

      Lots of opportunities to branch out of your hired role. Kind and helpful coworkers. Good training and support system for new hires.

      Honestly, I struggle to find any significant cons. If anything, the pace can be fast, but it’s also what makes the work exciting and fulfilling.
