Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify (for others) what appears to be several areas of misunderstanding.
1. Typing Tests: We require typing tests because most of the work that our team does here on a daily basis is computer based so being able to communicate with these systems using data entry is just 1 of the ways that we measure skill level however it is certainly. We understand that there are other forms of data entry, like voice, however this is the measure of skill that we have found works the best for us. 68% of companies utilize job skill testing of some kind during the hiring process.
2. Personality Tests: These are important for us because they help us understand you better and whether or not you will be a good fit in our company. These are widely accepted in the business world – over 80% of Fortune 500 companies use them during their hiring process.
3. Offices: We are full transparent about the number of offices that we have and our website includes a detailed clarification on the contact us page. If asked about this, any one of our existing team members would clarify this in the same way.
Our interview process is comprised of several levels and designed to accelerate the hiring of those who we believe would be the best fit for the company as a whole, the culture, operational efficiency, our customers and understands our greater mission of building a foundation for the future.
Many people that interview for this great company will not make it through the entire process and we understand that this can be frustrating, but we do wish you the best in your job search.
