Hot tempers and inflated egos make working for Creative Recreational Systems Inc. a true nightmare. It was rare that arguments, slammed doors, and slammed phone receivers did not plague the work day. Whether it be owners yelling at each other, at employees, at suppliers, at contractors, or at customers, the overwhelming amount of unprofessionalism and disrespect occurring on a daily basis is almost unbelievable.
If that’s not bad enough, you are also incredibly overworked – often working through breaks while juggling the tasks of multiple “departments”. Although you may be hired as an assistant you will soon learn that this business is operating on a skeleton crew, squeezing every last bit of profit out of each employee until they get burnt out and leave (because this is what all employees inevitably do: leave).
While the hourly wage may seem tempting at first, it is not worth enduring this toxic work environment nor the embarrassment of representing Creative Recreational Systems, Inc. and it certainly isn’t enough to compensate for the amount of work you will perform.
