      No positive sides at all

      Cons

      Office is too far, low salary, pressure on the team for nothing. Agents always reaching the target but mangers are never happy they want more and and more.it was not like this until the beginning of the year, people keep leaving for these reasons and more, No possibility to work abroad

      From my experience this company has a welcoming and professional environment with opportunity to develop and learn. Overall I had a really positive experience from the start of the recruitment process until the day I left, would highly recommend working with Covalen.
