      You get a laptop to do work. There are some snacks in the office.

      Cons

      There are so many things that are terrible about this company. So many to list. I wasted so much time there that I cannot waste any more detailing it but I would encourage people to carefully read the reviews here and make wise decisions. This is not a world class company, CEO, or organization.

      Compass is a great company to work for: advanced technology, top-notch training and a superb management team. Provides a national and global perspective on the real estate market.

      Cons

      Requires training to use the advanced technology. Probably easier to join a team with other users already familiar with the technology.
