      Pros

      Only have to spend 2 hours/week for office hours. Generally not a hard work, but it depends on the course and professor.

      Cons

      Not too much salary. Workload may burst after homework/exams, and mostly professor will give you a deadline to grade the homework/exams. The deadline may conflict with your own projects deadline.

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      Cons

      The pay could be better.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
