Stable and diverse environment with decent benefits, but low pay - Assitant Professor Columbia University Employee Review

My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

The pay could be better.

The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
