      - toxic environment - treat you like school kids - for a student, treat you like full time employees - full time employees act like they do important work - systems are 40 years old, manual labor intensive - no willingness to change or update their systems

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
