      world-class research, being surrounded by great and smart people, living in New York

      maybe an expensive living expense because it is New York. But I cannot complain.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
