      Pros

      The people are genuinely kind. Great work life balance. Solid benefits.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. Lack of diversity at the company, essentially none outside of marketing team. Pay could be better. No variety in the work even though there’s a goal to rebrand and make work more innovative. Hard to grow at the company due to years of traditional approach and directors/executives who are at capacity.
