      Pros

      Good benefits and if you are an engineer, you get to work on some cool stuff. Nice facility and cafeteria. Co-workers are generally nice and look out for each other.

      Cons

      Mid-level management is pretty bad; very bulky and inefficient. Lots of red tape. Lots of time wasted spinning wheels. Takes a long time to get things done. Management culture is outdated.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
