Pros
Individual teams can be strong and motivated. The company as a whole still seems to have a plan, but as core values like Respect and Integrity seem to take a back seat to solely Profitability, good people are going to look elsewhere for work.
Cons
Middle management has been trimmed down to save on the bottom line. The problem is now that they've thinned the herd, they're more concerned with self preservation and no one is effectively coaching anymore.
