I'm arab guy, i'm a hard worker i'm a sales maanager also and i dont like the way the managment treat the sales consultants! they make the terminations in seconds.
Guys, please be aware, do not ever do a bad thing to yourself by joining them, do yourself a favor and ask about them in the market. They'll reach you by high salaries (rage baiting), and 1 or 2 months, you will lose your job and your old job also.
