      HR keeps saying they are confidential but that's not true

      Nice office and free parking

      Cons

      HR is here leaving messages that they are confidential. But be sure, any conversation will go straight to your boss within 5 minutes- who will use it against you.. It's a toxic work envirnoment with a fake IG presence designed to make it look fun. Don't believe the social media posts employees are required to post.

      Thank you for taking the time to comment. Our HR department is extremely professional and ensures all conversations remain confidential. We also encourage all our employees to speak with their Line Manager if they are facing any concerns, to facilitate a transparent communication process. We also regularly conduct completely anonymous surveys and have a feedback system in place to ensure that employees don't feel uncomfortable while sharing their suggestions.

      Pros

      I was searching for one good thing to share and i found none ! met good people there but all good people left !

      Cons

      - they buy the media presence in forbes and gulfnews ! its not real lol -Toxic and Narcissist Managers ! - Forcing people to change position (from Customer service and Trainers to Sales) or you are fired - If they dont like you , you are gone - Salary is ok for juniors -Politics and racisms , and different salaries depends on the color and the nationality -Forcing you to attend Events , useless trainings , liking their social media posts -The business itself has a lot of fake Robots who is faking the website visits
