In my perspective, Aspect is a flexible company, where you can manage your time between profesional and personal tasks, in general is a company that invests in new technologies and is always looking to offer new products to the market
Cons
Lack of processes, business managed by silos that doesn't allow to move as fast as the business need, lack of ral interest in develop people and improve from the root the labor enviroment
