Aspect Software interview questions

Recruiter screen via phone, interview with hiring manager, skills panel interview and then final interview with the hiring manager. Great communication the whole time and the process took about 2-3 weeks.

A general screening chat followed by a technical interview. The technical interviewer was just fresher who started working just 5 months ago, including internship duration, very full of himself, but also very limited I'm his technical understanding.
