Pros
Pay was generous for a part time retail job. Worked with some incredible people. Often felt like I was doing Good.
Cons
Acted like we were all a family, but then pushed us harder and harder each quarter as we had to show improvement, even as some people were far above expectations. Rules constantly changing, the best way to navigate the day was to know who to ask your question to so that the answer would be what you need done. A crazy number of managers competed to the number of regular staff members. "I'll look into that" with no follow up was a common occurrence.
