Pros
Health insurance, shares every year. There is a chance to receive a bonus monthly. 5 weeks paid holidays. Clock off time ;)
Cons
Targets are unrealistic therefore the bonus isn't easy to get. Management is on your back if you use more then 10 minutes a day for personal time. You aren't allowed holidays from Nov - January
