Pros

Got hired in 2020 when they were desperate for anybody during COVID. Pay started at $15/hr and immediately had benefits. Had an absolutely fantastic Team Lead.

Cons

High pressure to meet metrics which were partially based on customer experience reviews (not all customers leave reviews so not sure how that's fair). Most customers calling in were horrible to deal with; I cried daily. I exceeded the metrics set for me, never called off work, was honest and trustworthy and I was laid off after 9 months on the job.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
