Pros
The managers were good. The work was not that hectic. You get hike every 6 months for first 3 years. Also you can take salary advance of next month in the present month.
Cons
To become L3 from L2 takes 3-4 years. I have seen people who are L2, in same position for 7 years. No promotion. You have to apply for promotion, give assessment, then you'll be promoted and get little bit of hike. It's better to switch with much better hike. Also, if you are leaving Amazon be prepared to never received your settlement fnf.
