Pros
I work with a very talented team. Salaries are also great.
Cons
No job security - for two years now they have done layoffs when the company is profitable. The leaders who chose to overhire / make poor investment decisions remain secure in their jobs. I think I will constantly be afraid I will get laid off now. It’s also awful seeing the impact layoffs are having on colleagues. Also stupid RTO policy based on their ‘feelings’ - probably just another tool to encourage employees to quit voluntarily.
