Pros
Resources in tech companies are great, and the environment in Amazon is that anything is possible but you have to be willing to take initiative and work outside of your scope if you want to achieve great things which doesn’t suit some people, I loved it.
Cons
Most people worked from home where I preferred an office environment, but it was always empty. This might have changed since I left.
