Pros
Flexible schedule. Anytime Pay. Great if you have another job or if you’re a student.
Cons
The only problems I have with having a flex schedule is sometimes on a very slow day, there wouldn’t be any schedule to pick up and if it’s slow and there’s a lot of employees, some of the managers will make it known that they don’t need you at the site.
