Cons
You're an Amazonian once you join, but if you're interested in another team. You're not treated like an Amazonian, it's an entire separate interview process as if you're a new applicant. Never been at a company where transferring is such a pain and unauthentic. Amazon is more of a modern-take of 996 in China.
