      Pros

      If you need xtra cash . Its a doable job.I recommend flex ; unless you're trying to get into management roles. Plz do not attend Sacramento State , many are not being employed at high salary jobs.

      Cons

      Full time warehouse work can take a toll on your mental and physical being. If you need xtra cash it's great. If you're looking to make this full time thing , be prepared.

      AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
