Pros
Since the company is growing, there are a lot of opportunities to dig in and make a difference. If you don't have a lot of experience, it's a good place to start and learn. Additionally, the company is making history almost every day, and it's great to be part of the company's achievements.
Cons
This requires a laundry list: -The company is getting big and bloated, which gives departments reasons to be bureaucratic. Some departments take liberty with that and it can be difficult to persuade others in the company to do work that only their department is capable of doing. -If you're entry level, don't plan on moving up the company ladder here at all. I've seen high performers sit in the same job level for 7+ years. There's no structure for building your career - you have to figure out how you want to do this on your own. -A lot of the entry level work is simple and arduous, and only the managers get to do the interesting and satisfying work. -Frugality is defined as one the company's core values to a fault. Truly, being resourceful is one thing. But being cheap and preventing employees from getting resources they need to do their jobs is another.
