They pay well. The email targeting is fascinating.
Cons
There is absolutely zero work-life balance. Pressue from management is extreme, and every department is horribly understaffed. Every employee has far too many deliverables to learn anything here; You simply get plugged into a system and have to work as hard and as fast as you can. If you are the kind of person who values a life outside of work, avoid this company at all costs.
