Someone lost their toe(s) and others were wounded. Extensive amount of internal tools almost made to prevent you from translating to another job (not fully but for those who are technical you understand) Carrot on a stick with promotions (I left for a significantly better position). Level egomania, straight A narcissistic types are prevalent and even thrive here. Gargantuan political environment. Zero upward mobility unless you are "in-good" and cut down anyone in your way. Cutthroat politics, you are hired as someone who is "better" than the current team. Great start for a company. Poor boundaries and work-life balance. Metrics heavy for zero reason other than having them turned against you. False "DE&I". Leadership Principles are the beaten like a dead horse and also turned against you. Tremendously poor pay. Recovery from working here: mentally, physically, and emotionally
