Pros
Decent pay, benefits, emphasis on safety, decent training.
Cons
Managers talked down to you and essentially treated you like an asset instead of an actual person. Experience started out great but quickly soured literally only due to the toxic and paranoid people I had to work with. The attendance system and LOA policy needs reworked entirely. People are getting fired over things that are not their fault because the company is not admitting and correcting their mistakes. A total and complete joke, honestly. You're told one thing by one person, and a completely different thing by the next. And let's not forget them changing policy and schedules with no notice or communication then having the gall to tell YOU to get YOUR priorities straight. And the end of shift meeting that keep you over an hour after you're due to leave, that are utterly pointless because none of your insight is actually acknowledged or put to use.
