Pros
Exposure to all aspects of business, good compensation, opportunity to advance both vertically or horizontally, good networking, excellent distribution experience.
Cons
Upper management is very rigid, expectations are often unrealistic, relatively poor working environment (no AC in Las Vegas DC), culture is "cultish", things move so fast the human element is often lost, many hourly employees are extremely dissatisfied and are challenging to manage.
