Business Values external experience more than internal often setting a higher bar for internal promotions than for external hires even though this should be the opposite per hiring. High Burnout culture with <2 year tennure team. DEI can be over creating reverse racism/sexism. L7+ seems to focus on KPI, XBRs and do not drive actions or solve problems. Only as good as your last 6 months talent review cycle.
