Cons
-Theres quite a few middle managers who pull up the ladder. There are opportunities for climbing the ladder but they are hard to get, you can do if you stay positive, work hard and dont take set backs to heart. It can be crushing, getting interviews getting so far ahead and then ghosted at the last hurdle. Dont let it get to you. Be persistent, you can start as a CSA and work your way up anywhere, there are courses and opportunities! There are lots of set backs, the biggest disadvantage of working in Amazon is just how soul destroying it can feel at times, you think your getting somewhere and a lot of times you are not. It is really hard to stay positive but if you can let the set backs roll off your back and work hard and persist, there are great career paths there. There are a lot of really great people who recognise talent, stay positive and be persistent, work hard.
