      1. If you're new grad/career pivot whatever you don't have YOE in IT, Start your first career in IT as Cloud Support Associate first. 2. The best WLB. But the pay is lower than average engineering role in Amazon. What I heard is CSE is the lowest paid engineer in Amazon.

      Cons

      1. This will be the first likely job to be replaced by AI. 2. Technical depth needed for this job is very low. 3. Technical Support Engineer role is not highly demanded in the IT job market.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
